To set up a charging station the case can be placed horizontally or vertically on a shelf with the lid removed. (the lid features a tool free removal)
A padlock is provided to deter the batteries from being removed
A charging status LED indicator is located near each charging port foe user convenience
The lid is semi-transparent, allowing the LED indicator of each charging port to be visible even when the lid is closed
